At least for myself, this is where I fall short. Both in my portioning (binge eating a whole bag of a snack). So let's start a list of things that are easy to keep at work, at home, or elsewhere.

  • Popcorn with savory seasoning (keep in bag with silica packet)
  • Jerky
  • Toasted/Roasted nuts.
  • Beef tallow fried chips.
  • Raw cider.
  • Raw milk.
  • Bone Broth.
  • Salami
  • Liverwurst and crackers
